Response to Chapter 6_Ben

There is a new idea which named uncertainty avoidance, it related to individualism, collectivism, feminine and power distance, chapter six provides a specific analysis to readers; I found that the result of uncertainty avoidance is quite different with the analysis of power distance, individualism and collectivism, the best example is China, Singapore, Korea and Japan, they are the Asian countries, but Korea and Japan belong to strong uncertainty avoidance; on the contrary, China and Singapore belong to weak uncertainty avoidance. Thus, I tried to realize the details via the social and cultural context. Most of Japanese work in a enterprise for their whole life and require a high loyalty to their company. Owing to cultural context, Japanese got to face high stress and a tight relationship. For instance, Japan have a high rate of suicide for a long time. 

United States is similar with China which belong to weak uncertainty avoidance, most of the people, especially the young generations who leaved their position after a short period and search for the other potential occupations, i.e. civil servants. On the other hand, I found the importance of uniqueness, even though countries shared a familiar cultural characteristics.
