Week 10 reaction

Last week, we discussed the difference of cultural organization. Katherine and Margo gave us presentation and talked about mechanism and organism.  The factors to determine the organizational culture are not only limited to just the country’s nation. I learned in the class that the vision, the scale, the term of the organization, or other factors decide the organizational culture. To digress a little, I have some group works in the class, and there are people from various backgrounds. In that situation, I learned the importance of mass communication rather than less communication since language is the only way to communicate our opinions. In the group where the people who has the same culture, we can probably take in the situation in a sense without mass communication. However, in the group with the various background, we need to claim our opinions repeatedly.
