Week 10 Reaction_Ben

I experienced a brilliant discussion section this week which held by Katherine and Margo, the game was interesting and creative method for learning and realizing the principle and content of Chapter, one group leader elected by all participants and the other group leader was fixed. Indeed, I tend to choose the group which leader elected by all participants, it seemed flexible and democratic, if you discontented with the leadership, you have right to change a better leader. It showed the cultural differences in different organizations. Moreover, I argued the PowerPoint was systematic, which adopted some diagrams and charts of chapter at the same time. I agreed with that the organization's culture and structure which may affected by the colleagues's background and culture, that is the reason why a group which combined by different people were difficult to find a efficient approach to work. I'm quite surprised with my result of survey which showed I have low UA and PDI, the representative county was UK. 

Additionally, today is April 5 and time passes so quickly, we only have few classes before the end of the semester, people love to said that "Happy time always passes so quickly", I believed that was a truth everywhere.
