Reaction to the Chapter 9

The topic of the chapter 9 was the power distance and uncertainty avoidance in the market. According to the article, some countries, such as the U.S., Australia and, Britain does prefer centralized authorities and structured working environment. Germany, on the other hand, prefers bureaucracy and standardizing the skills.

It was very interesting to know the economic models and the structure and culture of the working environment. It taught me another aspect of the country.
