Yesterday we had another inspiring class. After watching the two different styles of promotion videos of Macau and America, it is interesting to realize that we Macau students have a common sense of our culture while there are still different opinions about what should the US culture be. I think it is mainly because US is a relatively young country compared to China or Japan. Through time to time, gradually something that can represent our own country have been developed, like sushi in Japan, Kung fu in China. So I believe by times American people will finally have something that truly represent themselves.
In the second part of lesson, we did a small self discovery activity. I found that I had difficulty in filling in all the eight circles. I have done something like that before, but the results were the same. I am not really familiar with myself and I am still working hard on discovering myself.
