This
week’s lecture was definitely a unique experience for me! Margo and I led the
class discussion and introduced the models of organization to our classmates. I
have done quite a number of presentations before but never actually teach a
class for an hour. What I learned is that allocation of job is really important.
You have to figure out what are the things you are good at and also things your
partner are familiar with, increasing efficiency and make the job more
interesting for everyone.
Another thing I got is that planning
ahead of time is always necessary. Enough time lets you think deeper and
prepare better, doing a “one night” job is not helping.
