week 7 reaction

This week, Ben Maia and Esther do the great presentation of the Uncertainty avoidance related to Chapter 6. We have some games at the beginning. Someone to fall backward and the other people will keep him safe. It is quite fun and it shows how high uncertainty avoidance of the challenger. I observe that Kira is strong uncertainty avoidance and KU is low uncertainty avoidance because KU is quite enjoying in falling down. He trusts there must have someone will keep him safe. There is a debate about the uncertainty avoidance in the work place. Staying in a company be stable of the job or taking the risk to change a job in order to get a better treating. I am interested in this topic because I am going to graduate and it is the time for me to think about my life in the future.
