Reaction to Week 10 (Esther)

    Katherine and Margo led a really good presentation last week.  At the beginning, we played a game to line up according to different orders.  I appreciate what they did because I think it's really difficult for me to think of a game to tell people: different organization styles will affect the efficiency.

    Another part that I liked was the questionnaire. Margo listed plenty of the questions and mixed it up. After we finished the questionnaire, we added the number according to the instruction. And then we can know we like which kind of the organization style. 

    To know which kind of organization style fits you the best is important. I will start working soon. I think I will be happier and more efficient when I get along well with my working colleagues and bosses. If unluckily I  work in somewhere I don't like, I have a better idea about how to change the situation and to feel better.
