Class last week was pretty interesting. We were put in two different situations where a game was designed in a way that two different cultures would clash. It was pretty difficult trying to assimilate to the culture I was pretending I was a part of. Right away as the two cultures intertwined, there was major confusion on each other's faces. And, in order to survive, they just mimicked the others. It was interesting to see how other people behaved with one another. The means to assimilating to a different culture has really different ends. Also, by observing each other's behaviors, I saw how title's can be a change in behavior too. Some were of nobility than the other, or certain sexes were more entitled than the other, and it was really fascinating, that even the 20th century, maybe the lingering feel of that "man will always have power over women" will always somehow seep in. Even in this game.

Overall, class was really interesting. And, I'm definitely looking forward to what else is in store.
