Response of Chapter 2

In Chapter Two, it introduces some method to study the difference of culture. It is a little bit tedious but it is valuable to read this chapter. I know some new things for me in that it is very difficult to interpreting the people's statement about their values. Desired and desirable is not the same things. Actually, the desirable differs from the desired in the nature of the norms. Besides the value, it also talks about the dimension of national cultures such as the power distance, collectivism versus individualism,femininity and uncertainty avoidance . All of them sounds very interesting and it is very attractive. I look forward to know more about it.
